Bracus stood outside Brew Cottage, chatting with Varg, Jason and some other men. Varden sat at one of the wooden tables watching pensively as the men became louder and louder.

I like how you've given the shapes and colours of leaves sound, like musical notes of nature. I've never heard of the gall wasp before, so you've taught me something new with this poem Rachel. Will certainly look up this intriguing wasp.
I thought it was a shame that Mary Seacole didn't get the recognition Miss Nightingale recieved in a life of devotion to so many sick and injured, especially on the front line.
I'm so glad you've written a poem for national tree week. What a wonderful way to describe the pines beauty and majesty as in that second stanza. You took my breath away with all the different creatures that depend on this amazing...
