Found the site in November 2011. Love the friendly and easy format. Write stories and the occasional poem. Have published four books, all available from Amazon. The East End Butcher Boy, Eastendbutchers Short Story Collection, The Men In The Shadows and Who Is Jack Winter. Always amazed at the diversity of the site and the quality of the writing. Try to write as much as I can and like to try different styles. Hope you like my stories.

Wow, there's a lot going on here. Electric Radiator, Dogs deep bark, and then my favoutite. Mossy tiles and piano keys, what a great description and for me, a visualistion. I have mossy tile on my roof! And when it rains it does seem like a tune...

Ahh the old school reunions. They can often go two ways, either enjoyable or a total nightmare. Yours seemed to go fine and possibly put to bed some old demons. I only went to one. Left after twenty minutes...

Really enjoyed January's snippets, especially the 29th. I felt sorry for the cat. Not sure castration has ever brought joy to any ones life! Keep them coming...

He's a bit of a legend is Joseph Locke in Ireland. Great voice, great character. Nice story, as Sooz said, just needs a quick edit, but nice work. Enjoyed this on a very dull day in London.

Weird, wonderful, funny, bizarre and creative. As I'm reading it I'm seeing it as a comedy sketch in my mind. Brilliant stuff.

Great story Jane. Never really got Dire Straits! Did you know that Mark Knopfler wrote Private Dancer and then gave it to Tina Turner to record? Poor old Brooksy...

A lot to like about this Ewan

A lot to like about this Ewan. Red corduroyed legs scissor past, in pursuit of nylon smoothed limbs...is a favourite. But I also never thought I'd see the name Huawei in a poem! Great stuff mate.
