I never thought about it before, but as we get older, instead of thinking about old bones and time slipping, we should focus on the greater wealth of music we've enjoyed over the yearsand have over youth.
These chapters are so different from the pub crowd, and I can't decide which I prefer; they are all brilliant, and that stark contrast between the two is going to make a brilliant book.

Hubby told me the HORRIFIC details last night and it's incredible that such a flame could extinguish like that. Such a man--but as fallible as the rest of us. The manner of his death reads like a horror novel and will stay...
The energy of this is great. There's no flounder or 'what now?' it's boom, boom, up, up ... and then, in all the action we have something as mundane and out of place as a lollipop stuck in a light socket, and people still have to eat. I loved...
