Love this- plankton..bio luminosity, was watching Wales doc on iplayer and its so beautiful i wrote poems! The deep is not all death and ugly is it..i was looking for an equivalent underwater metaphor for sharing wotsits/popcorn with a cute...

of noisy activity - smells and sounds in chemical/electrical transmissions, hive knows all, through all senses - i'm now thinking of blossoms and almonds and travelling circus bees! Nice.

- i found tiny vulture feathers im told, on the mead. Dont see them as often as pretty kites.. They are cool, now much more so in this poem, you made their lives come alive. Why do they have a bad name vibe esp in west is a human business - death...

and boulders and stumbling stones, pebbles and scree, great word! - markers or dust in the swirl of remembering - memory is a funny business, anger too, how it can find memories and lose them too. Beautiful poem.
