I like that it's coming in big chunks that need to be digested slowly. There's just the right hint of the fey in it, and it's a neat trick to have the everyday seem a little sinister.

Ice. I think you've repeated yourself as Mrs. Roth seems to leave on a stretcher twice, being hit both times. You do write well about baseball and other americana. I enjoyed this one too.
