A creation from the past. Originally submitted to ABC Tales in 2002, but for while it disappeared to the great hard drive in the sky. Now a welcome departure from my normal repartee.

The barman hears all takes on life The guy who just can't trust his wife, The middle aged Joe who's lost his job The big "I am" with a great big gob. The barmaid hears all kinds of yap

I felt your heart beat in the rain, steady soundtrack to our April days, kissed the sweet curve of your jaw as the only part of you I could reach As you detached my fingers from your sleeve

In my opinion, "liberal" and "conservative:" "democrat" and "republican" are increasingly meaningless terms.

Stranded in Death

So that was what death felt like.

Rain

The aroma of the sand, The wetness of the wind, Dark cover of the clouds, Sound of the droplets ever so loud. Each droplet in phase with the other, Sounding like music to the listener.

None Of The Above

It couldn't be.

EARTH

Our Earth is a wonderful place and its dynamics, its aesthetic wonders are great to behold. Where would we be without it?
