I like the way you've structured your poem Rhiannon. And I like a poem that asks questions and / or makes me think, as this does.
I suspect I may be a little of all of those things.

Poor Laird!
I remember having job interviews. They were always awful, even when I was successful. Your story brought back a lot of memories of feeling terrified, embarrassed, drained, unemployable and grudge bearing ... but in a loving way...

I love a bit of mythology and you have used your words to tell this story so well. I could see Narcissus' reflection in the pool as I read.
I'll add a little background information too if I may ...

Ah, the magic of the pebble.

Ah, the magic of the pebble. I have one from a river in Ireland where I used to play when I was a kid. I used to carry it with me everywhere in my pocket but I stopped when I moved to Bulgaria to live. Probably because I feel at home again....

I've never heard of this bird either.
Your words give an excellent description of it's habitat so I will know to look out for one if ever I am in the right place.
This is an enjoyable and interesting read.

This is great stuff Paul.
Your words really conjure up the mysticism of Glastonbury.
I particularly liked ...

I'm sorry Harry, but I couldn't read all of this because the facts are so sickening. I used to get angry about this sort of thing but I've given up because no matter what I say or do, it will have no effect on the problem. I don't know how these...

I looked up Gogoratu because it looked a bit Romanian and I like to know what our neighbours are up to, but I was wrong.
