saiiling along nicely. The hat thing is good, but when you say Stetson, you don't need to keep qualifynig it by hat.

under the nod - great term, sums up so much. Great story, keep moving. Storey is the British spelling for housing. You've got story, if that's American English that's fine. Otherwise, have another look.

I'd ditch the first 3 paragrapsh, but the rest is the walk of life. yeh, I found it funny my mate's dad like Dire Straits. Dirge I thought. But I was never into music. Brooksy made of glass. Doomed. Dire, I know, but brilliant.
