My dog loves digging her nose into piles of frozen leaves and the crunch they make as we walk through them.

Snow predicted here today, but it won't stay very long I think.

Di, I was doing some research hoping to write a poem about wars

since I was born. I checked on wiki for a list of wars around the world since the end of WW2

There are literally HUNDREDS!!! (and that only from 1945 -1989)

I gave up on the poem and I give up on humanity.

Having spent several years on Lanzarote with a lady also named Maria this brought back some good and sad memories.

Antonio Guterres spoke the truth

He should be applauded not criticised by the west and bullied by Israel. 

The US in particular should face up to this truth and only supply the Israelli government with weapons in return for serious diplomacy. There has to be a balance.

I can vaguely remember the girl in the E type I think at the start of the show.

 I always had the feeling the Max Miller-esque joke about very short mini-skirts being two onches below sea-level helped is his demise
