Hello Rhiannon, you are absolutely right; even if we got rid of all weapons of mass destruction, people would still fight, even though combats could be contained.
Why can't we find a more sensible solution?  Why can't conflicts be settled...

I must confess that I am not at all familiar with the expression 'milk-money door'.but I guess that in this context it refers to the dole office where money for essential food, like. milk, can be claimed.
