Hi Jenny, you must have been very active, fit,and full of energy in those days. It was intwresting to read that it was in aid of a charity. I was curious to know what the acronym START stood for and found this that might fit: The START...

i believe that trees, like us, decline with age. Several of my fruit trees are determined to survive but a Victoria plum tree, that for many years produced succulent fruit galore, has given up the ghost and the damson tree seems to be struggling...
You have really gone to town with this Inspiration Point, Rhiannon. The reworking and adaptation of old pieces was cleverly done and suitably rewarded. Well done.
