I can really understand why you needed to write this poem. The shock of knowing this builder took his own life is devastating news whether you knew who he was or not, and it leaves its scar.

Good morning Di, your poem describes well the many memories within our homes and upon the land they're built on. If walls and land could talk, I bet they'd have plenty to say.

you know I've never seen a gun in real life, leave alone hold one and hope I never do. Even when I was in Florida the police kept them well hidden in the tourist area. It was the one thing that frightened me about holidaying...
