Hi Jane,
two's company and three's a crowd springs to mind as I read. Spencer's got his way as far as letting Cedric be a guest, but for how long! I wonder with jealousy creeping in over the cooking.
Cedric seems like a helpful character, though I must admit I'd still want to be careful around him and can quite understand why Vanessa would want a lock on the bedroom door.
You always manage to captivate me with your enthralling magic Penny. That formidable wind brings a dramatic significance to the evening. Now they are unable to leave, I wonder what the magic has in store.
