I am a Brummie living in Northampton who loves to write but gets distracted with other things. I enjoy horror/fantasy and anything that provokes original thought.

My literary heroes are Clive Barker, Stephen King, Edgar Allan Poe and HP Lovecraft. Everyone should read George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-four .

I have work published by AlienBuddha Press, Loft Books, BlackBough Poems, DarkWinter Literary Magazine and Paragraph Planet.

All caught up again. You have my full admiration for the length of the story so far and the consistently high standard you achieve with each episode. You are on course to have a fully fledged novel. Keep going!

"Even wildernesses need management
to keep the variety,
ensure diversity,
prevent monopoly.."

That's an authoritative poem, Rhiannon. So much knowledge in there. You are right, of course. The weeds need managing to give...

It's great to read another Alfred Muggins story. I'm sure Mrs Muggins must have looked fetching in her new pink cowgirl hat. Hoping there's a part 2 to follow...

‘That’s how you got home, Annie, petrol. It got you home didn’t it.’ That made me laugh. The dialogue is compelling. You must have a lot of fun visualising the interactions between the characters you have created including Spencer, of course. The...

Dr Kruschev - wasn't he the Russian president at some point in the past? There seems to be many links between Bulgaria and Russia.
