The dandelion has always fascinated

Posted on Wed, 19 Apr 2023

The dandelion has always fascinated me - sure it must be "heavier than air" so how on earth do they float like that? Defying gravity? The wonders of nature.

Really enjoyed your poem, food for thought.

Keep well Rhiannon! Tom

Know the flowers just

Posted on Fri, 17 Mar 2023

Know the flowers just didn't know it's daffodils. Beautiful contrasts, these small poems are a great art. Were they origianally chinese? I would have said "spring rises". While we're heading for winter.

Keep well! Tom

Posted on Wed, 15 Mar 2023

Yes the music,The Doors and Janis Joplin I liked most and Elvis. The Beetles I don't know, strange to me they were so immensely popular. Just "Let it be" that's about it. And "Hey dude".

See you! Tom

Cheers! Tom

fantasies

Indeed "mythological fabrications and fantasies," says it all. Wonder if they really believed any of it? Stupid. Although I found the poem a bit complicated.

All the best Rhiannon! Tom

"blueness is bluer than blue" saw you standing by the winding river, saw you standing by the shining stream, Ancient of days, ancient of days .Not original VM actually a church song.

Keep well Richard! Cheers! Tom

Another Update?

Posted on Mon, 08 Aug 2022

Another Update? Excellent Paul! You are in danger of becoming an authority yourself! Great stuff. It might be a good idea at this stage to divide your work into contributions of more accessible parts.

By the way I am quite serious about...

You know winter is here

Posted on Fri, 03 Feb 2023

You know winter is here when the swallows are all over rows and rows on the wires preparing to leave. Would love to do that. Take summer with you.

Cheers! Tom Brown
