September sky

It's so cold in the
morning
And I am yawing
I look outside
And
See the grey September
sky
I see grey clouds in
the sky
And
The leaves are
beginning to fall
From the trees
Sometimes there's
The sun in the sky
That's breaks through
that
Gray sky
And the summer has one
last burst
On a cold September
day
before the summer goes
to sleep
Tomorrow, the rain will
come
And, it will get cold
And the leaves will
fall from the trees
And, when I go for walk
They will crush beneath
my feet and, as I walk along
The wind blows, making
my nose cold
As I walk and see
leaves
Spinning around,on the
ground
A perfect circle as
they spin around
Before a guest of wind
Blow them away
Oh here come the rain
When I'm home
I look through my
windows
Just before, it's get
dark
And there's, a last
burst of sunlight
Making shadow
On my sunflowers, as
they sway away
As, I lay in bed
I hear, the wind and
the rain
And, I think to myself
That was, the last of
a summer day
when the autumn comes
From now on, it will
get cold and dark
But if. close my eyes,
can remember those hot summer days
As I hear the wind and
the rain
On the outside of my
window again

This is a great poem Maggie,
This is a great poem Maggie, it reminds me of how much I love this time of year...so invigorating, but also cosy and homely at the same time.
