I can't believe I missed

Posted on Wed, 23 May 2018

I can't believe I missed reading this beauty Di. I love the way you describe the tiny leaves as clasped hands joined in prayer. I always love to sow marigold seeds, they're so easy to grow and your poem described exactly how they first appear....

I have to say that I really

Posted on Wed, 30 May 2018

I have to say that I really enjoyed that first stanza, I  could just picture a moss covered wall and on the other side a bank leading down to a woodland of bluebells.

So beautiful and mysterious.

I enjoyed your poem Di, it

Posted on Mon, 28 May 2018

I enjoyed your poem Di, it had a lighthearted feel to it as I read. I could feel the cool air as the turbines rotate.

Relaxing read.

I had this vision in my mind

Posted on Thu, 12 Apr 2018

I had this vision in my mind's eye of a woman sitting on a cliff top looking out to sea and reminiscing of lost love. I know I'm probably miles away from what your poem was saying, but I found it so haunting and sad, yet so poetic and written...

I'm very much enjoying

Posted on Mon, 19 Mar 2018

I'm very much enjoying reading these chapters Richard. Gives great insight into another time, another place in history which always fascinates me.

I'm looking forward to finding out if there maybe love in Matties eyes.

Jenny.

Some great descriptions here

Some great descriptions here Richard, you could be describing the two crows that come to feed in our garden every morning, especially in the last stanza.

Enjoyed reading.

Being able to translate into

Being able to translate into poetry what you are seeing, is such a gift. You have that talent in bucket loads in this poem. I was with you all the way and very much enjoyed reading.

What  a great idea for a poem

Posted on Fri, 23 Feb 2018

What  a great idea for a poem. Love the idea of the title, 'invisible air is cut and sown' kind of said it all for me.

Enjoyed and thank you for sharing.

Jenny.
