A Poem inspired by the wind and rain we had last night. Looking out the window watching the trees swaying I just could'nt help thinking about the birds.
A poem about a fictitious farmer who lives in good old Zummerzet, otherwise known as Somerset. with his wife and kids and animals. I know it does not always rhym, but hey!
There's something quite peaceful and dreamlike about this poem Hilary.
I love the idea of wearing a crown of seven stars and sea-serenity filling your mind. I had this image of you on a beach alone at night watching the ocean, the sky full...
There's something to be said for writing about these wonderful rambles you go on. This one in particular gave me a feeling of freedom, just reading about those views, I could smell the fresh air and feel the tranquillity.
A chilling read indeed. You

You are so right in this poem Rhiannon, love is about the things we do rather than what we say. Through hardships love can go stronger.
I liked your poem.

Can't believe I nearly missed this one Tina,
Sadly what you've written sums up the situation all too well. What's going on in the world? So many sad and innocent lives at risk...it's so insane.
A great one for the poetry monthly....
