A Poem inspired by the wind and rain we had last night. Looking out the window watching the trees swaying I just could'nt help thinking about the birds.
A poem about a fictitious farmer who lives in good old Zummerzet, otherwise known as Somerset. with his wife and kids and animals. I know it does not always rhym, but hey!
it's so hard to let go of a loved one, their clothing having so much meaning to the person that they were...Oh! If clothes could speak...wondering if they would remember the moments they spent with their owner....
you say so much in this poem. When we're young we never think of growing old, or pain, it all seems like a million miles away, and yet time flies and with it so do we. Suddenly we realise that memories we shared and things we did...
what a truelly honest piece of writing. Like you so rightly said. Cancer can leave you in a lonely place, for however much you hear about others having it, no one can fully understand the fight you have ahead of you.

This is so good...

and then started again, and
we splashed in squally puddles
on the grass.
It's...

Hi there, as promised I'm giving you feedback.
Firstly; the sentence that reads: She loves horse riding so much she never stop! Should be stops talking about it.

Love that beginning; The wind puffed soft and soothing...what an original description.
Golden sunlight washed their minds clean of all darkness...another wonderful detail.
You should write poetry with words like these.

Loved the idea of the pie-faced moon and that beautiful blue gown of Kia's sounded wonderful with its gold ribbon.
Will have to wait till tomorrow to read more.
Thanks for sharing.
Jenny.

Another beautifully crafted story within a poem. You're very good at rhythm and rhyme.
