Thanks Hilary. The psyche can be troubling indeed and go wrong at any point, no-one is mental illness proof but you're right about rest. I suppose in times of stress people cannot get adequate rest and then the mind can unravel.

Lovely Rhiannon, leafy filters, what more could you wish for. There is no better place than the shade to watch nature play out on a hot day. Unfortunately I was working in the sun today and felt quite sick in Reading, it was baking!
