Is God alive?

You can’t believe there’s a God who is good? complain he doesn’t do (yet) what you think he should? assume that Jesus just can’t have been what is...

Where is he? Where is she?

First long journey on his own – we’d meet mid-way at Birmingham. Dad at home, the telephone rings: ‘Will you accept this call?’ A voice begins, ‘I’ve...

Written so realistically. So

Written so realistically. So sad, because so easily can grip and grow. I remember my father talking me through a 'prayer ritual' I'd got into, and showing the two extremes neither of which were true prayer. So, I can see how this could happen....

Posted on Sun, 03 Feb 2019

How much  metaphor you've got going there for the life history of those eggs! I've assumed RV stands for Recreational Vehicle ie Camper Van as the home of the developing embryos? as they develop in a largo state before their allegro and tempo...

Posted on Fri, 25 Jan 2019

A smooth and thoughtully

A smooth and thoughtully constructed overview of your personal view back. Really gives the feel of that look along the lane of lifetime, which becomes more interesting to do as the view gets longer, seeing the relative position of events and...

Posted on Sat, 12 Jan 2019

You write in a dreamy and lyrical way, and the idea of wandering among the galaxies or shooting directly through like a neutrino is pleasant!

The very concept of time breaks down for me as unimaginable distances and chronological time...

Posted on Mon, 07 Jan 2019

I'm not sure whether there is smoke associated with oil production, though I suppose some when used as a fuel. What I remember more is the smoke when the wells were set alight deliberately in the Kuwait war, and I think by Isis more recently....

You bring the history to life

Posted on Mon, 07 Jan 2019

You bring the history to life and show the wonder and relevance to our ordinary everyday struggles! I like the term 'The Ambassador's Boss'! and “I know the plans I have for You, they are Plans for Good and not for Disaster to give you a Hope...
