Frances, I am so sorry I

Posted on Sun, 14 Feb 2016

Frances, I am so sorry I missed this latest post of yours.  I saw you were logged in, and thought I'd see what you'd been up to and came across this.  A delight to read, and the link, a delight to see.  I have never heard of the Fairywren, but...

A well-written, and thought out poem, Bee, with macabre undertones.

Another inspiring, hymn,

Posted on Sun, 13 Mar 2016

Another inspiring, hymn, Rhiannon...just right for the run-up to Easter.  Unfortunately though I am not familiar with the Wentworth tune, or the hymn.  Never mind, it certainly didn't spoil my enjoyment of this lovely hymn of yours.

This is enchanting, Lindy,

Posted on Sat, 12 Mar 2016

This is enchanting, Lindy, and I think you have done a wonderful job.  Close to the original or not, it is still a story told in your own inimitable way, and I should very much like to read on, if the road way so permits, of course.

Kheldar...welcome back.  How

Posted on Wed, 02 Mar 2016

Kheldar...welcome back.  How wonderfully amazing to 'read you' again.  Couldn't believe it when I noticed this little gem.  You surely have not lost your touch, as af sums up more than succinctly.

All best wishes to you.

Rhiannon, the second stanza

Posted on Sun, 28 Feb 2016

Rhiannon, the second stanza is particularly stunning, what with the alliteration and all,  in its last line, and the tune to 'Oh Little Town...' fits the hymn, in its entirety, like a glove.

The picture, almost as

Posted on Fri, 26 Feb 2016

The picture, almost as magnificent as this wonderful piece of work Terry...and hard work, it must have been in the making.  A labour of love, though, most certainly, as spoken  so very eloquently between each line, and with each written word,...

Much to think about here,

Posted on Wed, 17 Feb 2016

Much to think about here, Terry, as with all your work...the last stanza particularly chilling.  Admirable writing.  The kind of poem I shall keep coming back to.
