I have to admit to not knowing who Roy Batty was till I looked it up. I've never seen Blade Runner, but reading about Roy Batty, I now have more of an understanding about your poem.

My heart goes out to you and anyone else in this situation. It makes you wonder why this Mr Hamill wasn't more helpful, then to go and charge such an extortionate amount of money for doing absolutely nothing apart from upsetting you is ridiculous...
