Remember Grandmother's midsummer fables will prevail, tales told of fairy land "Have faith my dear,"she would say, for remnants reside in harbour of...
Cautious crows with attentive eager eyes, I wonder! Do they engage in wistful reverie as I do; chance to daydream on what might be? Majestically they...
That's it! the Bunch Of Grapes! Such happy evenings spent in there. What a crazy evening that must have been surrounded by so many nuns. That's such sad news about the pub now closed and unloved, seems to me that our memories are all we have left...

Your poem hits home in so many ways Jane. The world definetly wasn't as complicated as it is now. Back when I was young things didn't keep changing so fast, we had time to adjust and get used to a slower way of life...well for me it was anyway....
nothing compares to a walk in the countryside, and at this time of year it's nice because although the sun is bright it's not too hot. The views sound wonderful from your vantage point, overlooking the village and hills....
I'm so sorry to hear you've had a hard time since you got back from your holiday. Poor Ludo, I know how hard it is to give dogs and cats tablets, had the same experience with all the cats I've ever owned and my dog...
