That doesn't do the language any good! By all means give a good place to the language and keep English to a minimum at times, but still be polite to those who cannot speak it and show them it makes you more civilized not less! And they should...

the use of consonant alliteration makes the scene more vivid eg denim dampened,, Blinking bikelamps, Swishing spray, and  Gutters gleam with streetlit rain where the near-rhyme helps too. Rhiannon
