Ooh this is getting spooky, just in time for Halloween.
The dialogue is brilliant. When Eithne and Mrs Leahy are talking I hear their voices in my head with the accents of the nuns who taught at my convent.

I think we need an explanation - what is "Dr Kacheva’s ‘advanced lap surgery’" ? Did she dance around in a thong and nipple tassels and four inch heels and then sit on your lap while stitching up your nose ? You wouldn't get that on the NHS.
