I've never heard them called
I've never heard them called Hampsteads before - it makes sense now you've said it!

Teds
When I was an Eastender the rhyming slang they used for teeth was Ted Heath. I first became aware of this when a West Ham United fan I had the pleasure of working with would often regale his account of the time he had all his Teds kicked in on the way to a football match in Preston. His girlfriend wanted him to get a set of false Teds but he couldn't see the point as they'd probably get kicked in too. She was obviously a lot cleverer than him because she suggested that he could just take them out and put them in his pocket whenever a gang of rival football fans came in sight. And if West Ham were playing Millwall he could just leave them at home in the bathroom cabinet.
I had such a jolly time working at the Containerbase on the Thames mud flats in Barking. It's the only time in my life that I've felt like a snob.

Tory Backbenchers
There’s only a thin line between a West Ham and a Millwall supporter. West Ham are renowned for being a family club, which means that even the granny is a racist thug. Allegedly!
I’ve been thinking about teeth. I’ll think some more and do my best.
I get the Bulgarian words for teeth and tyres mixed up. Perhaps there’s a poem in that.
