I guess winter has always been a kind of death and provides a good metaphor for sleeping creativity only to be wakened by the new warmth of spring.

Hi Rhiannon,
You capture that feeling of space and freedom with the bird getting a magnificent view. I loved the 'octopus limbs' of the branches of the monkey puzzle.
