You stirred my emotions with this poem Rhiannon. I just love the harp with it's relaxing sound. In fact you've inspired me to listen to some harp music while I have a lunch break.

Thank you for sharing.

Jenny.

I completely understand your difficulty engaging with a musical instrument Turlough, I had exactly the same problem. Got myself a Spanish guitar in the early 70s, but even learning Home On The Range from a Bert Weedon music book wasn't successful...

Intriguing environment that keeps Elias under its restraints, while haunting his imagination.

A unique story Jess, I enjoyed reading.

Completely engaged in this tense drama. The idea of being chased is so fraught with danger, adding to the suspense.

Brilliant story. Can't wait for more JoAnne.

Loving the cheeky young lad and the mix up of names. Sergeant Argent certainly wasn't impressed.

Humorous easy reading as always Phil. Looking forward to reading more.

Hi Rhiannon,

such a sad situation when not being able to recall leaving behind such a beautiful instrument...especially at such a young age. Was the lad skilful at playing the violin?

Just finished your refreshing and humourous piece of writing. The skill taken to tell the story...whether true or otherwise, I could imagine being performed in front of an audience, i'm sure they would be fascinated and absorbed in every word. ...

You know Di, we have an old bees nest in one of our trees, but haven't seen hardly any this year, I think it must be something to do with the strange weather we're having.

It's amazing how tall Hollyhocks grow, Foxgloves are tall too....

Hi Jane,

You connect with your characters so well, they feel as if they're portrayels of real people trying to coexist.

So entertaining to read.
