This is very good. Jason's voice is just right. You don't need to say 'I make an effort at politeness'. You've already shown it and that's added commentary. Similiarly, appearances' sake is a bit convoluted and would be better left as appearance...
I especially liked the first stanza, but that is maybe that was just my certain boyish impulses. Great stuff Chris. It's not often I'm proud of 'Futility.'Read full comment
