"So then the man and his dog came to bear arms against the
snow!
Ask me not why, all I know is it was a sight to remain with me a long
time. Why would one man and his dog take offence at such a gentle
covering of the land?
Nothing it seems has occurred in my life since that has any hold on the
image my mind still retains of the man, and his dog."
With these words the young man slumped back into the seat, beer in
hand, a smirk of rememberence adorning his face.
I remembered the words of my teacher and thought, 'this guy's a fool'
and decided that I should not spend any more time with him.
Finishing my beer I arose and said to the man,
"The golden years of tommorow are today, today is never comparable to
yesterday."
