A lost love

The pain ; deep, black, silent
Wrenching feelings within the soul
Sorrow, tears, overtaking emotions
Love forever sunk in a dark, gaping hole.

Once a love that was felt so strong,
No has gone where?
Thoughts of that person with every step,
With every breath of air.

When had was ignored, the love shared
But now they feel amiss
It ended with a tear, and an aching heart
But is remembered by the kiss.
