Xmas is coming!

I am eleven years old, and Christmas is the best day of the year.
Actually, the Christmas spirit is the thing that gets to me. All those
shopping trips, feeling good about spending dosh out of generousity to
other people. Putting up the lights and the decorations on the
Christmas tree. My brothers coming home. School plays. Choir. Christmas
lunch. The Bible story about Mary and Jesus. I think that is the best
story, because you have all the carols that go with it. We have a Carol
Night. Christmas Eve. Excitment. Stockings. Empty when you fall asleep,
full when you wake up. Ice that me and my friends skid across. Snow.
Throwing snowballs at each other. Building a snowman. Going up to see
grandparents. Good movies. Seeing the presents ready for the next day,
under the Christmas tree. Pretending there is a Santa, like I believed
when I was little. Cosying up infront of the fire. Prezzies. Family.
Christmas is great.
