I think I am

Where am I
Everything is echoing
Noises keep on repeating
And I think I hear screaming
Am I at the nite-club?

Where am I
Surrounded by glasses
Each one looks like two or three
All of them hollow and empty
I'm not in the nite-club!

Where am I?
Small change is all I have
There's nothing I want
Not that I'm screaming
Somebody help me!

So, what am I
Or what am I on?
A fence post or a white line
Maybe a soapbox or TV screen
Please anybody help
