is the idea that there is nothing but

the blood in the veins, the ticking of the heart,

the burning away of the days.

it scares away the other fears,

as most in their deepest hearts

know that all the beliefs are

man-made ways to avoid the inevitable

mentally,

as if

to fool

the “self”

into thinking that there is something to strive

for,

beyond the mechanical existence of the mistake of

sperm & egg.

“free will” has been implemented

as a way to control those who haven’t yet come to the

conclusion,

that no one is responsible for what is

going on

inside

them &

this makes us all

terrible,

this makes us all

teetering on the brink of whatever our biology decides.

this makes us all human,

walking in error.
