A meditation in Opal

Bank holiday all is quiet, the warmth of the morning fills the air
making me feel lazy and relaxed. Postcards have been landing on the mat
from those friends and relatives who have travelled....

"In the envelope of the soul there are many postcards to send. I have
done this. I have seen this. I have realised. I have wanted. I wish you
were here.

All experience returns to the source. You are the instigator, recipient
and final arbiter.

From this point on may your postcards read. It has been wonderful. I
have so enjoyed. Together we spent. I am pleased to announce."
