After 9-11

If I could have painted his face

would the dream in me have lasted ?

If I could have painted the roses that noah

gave to me once long ago when he was with

his dad that made me happy on that rainy, sunday afternoon

would the scent still linger on my mind, acrosss my nose even today ?

If i could have painted what peace felt like to me

would it still be remembered even after 9-11 ?
