Trampling the deluge in sweet satin sole

Swatting the lines for my cohesive role

A disciple of history blind to its wake

Rapt by the eve and established forsake

Balancing baubles ripe for the choose

Igniting the spark lenthening fuse

Promises cast to the build of the day

Times turbulent tide rinsing motive away
