You told me he loved me, it would be okay,
You told me we would stay together one day,
You wiped away a tear and said it was fine,
You said that our love was not on the line,
You took me out and made me forget,
You said he'd be with me for a long time yet,
You told me he spoke about nothing but me,
You said we were right, we were meant to be,
You saw us hold hands and watched us kiss,
You smiled at him but how did I miss,
You looking at him the way I did each day?,
You told him too that it would be okay,
You gave him comfort, over him you fussed,
You turned your friendship into seeds of lust,
You began to feel what you thought i'd feel,
You wrapped your arms around him and broke the seal,
You replaced me with you and your smile,
You had to wait though, just for a while,
You told him that he no longer needed me,
You said 'forget it, it's not meant to be',
You said you'd give him more than I ever could,
You told him i'd forgive him, someday I would,
You placed your mouth on his tear covered lips,
You moved closer and put close your hips,
You told him you loved, would make him feel right,
You told him you'd be there, every dark night,
You stole my love, you made him see,
You made him think that he did not need me,
You have done it now, scratched your nails down his back,
You took me in and gave me the sack,
You have him now, your prize to posess, no stress,
You don't look back, you would'nt dare confess,
You could'nt look into my tierd eyes and say what you've done,
You think because we are young it's a bit of fun,
You can't wipe these tears now, they're made of glue,
