The silhouette had poxy definition
So I changed the contrast on your tv
and to my surprise, the weather lady stepped out to be with me!

Clearly in love
we danced 12 hours: 8 til 8
This was a perfect day.
But there was static from the living room
I knew she would have to go back soon.

In a last bid to save her
I took purple, red and white
called them 'colours'
made a dye,
washed it bright
bleached her light
and focused a prism onto her eyes.

After 18 minutes
with all her creases ironed out,
I stepped back
to admire
100\% proof
pure
neutrality.
