true fiction

my unwanted needs have led to true fiction
my life has become a novel to read
it forever remains in dramatic action
my heart is the dough they all want to knead

why is it that my choices seem right,
up until the time i make them?
and lately i'm always in a fight
involving friends and men
to one mood i just can't keep
one time happy, one time blue
and then at night i cannot sleep
because i dream of you

"and yet i still live," believe it or not
i tend to repeatedly say
my temperature is getting a bit hot
strange for this time of day
there are many things i can't live without
things i can't always see
too many good things come with a doubt
