I was good once upon a time,
I did what I knew
I was meant to do.
Always had been daddy's little girl,
then daddy got screwed
and I did too.

Got sick of listening to mommy cry,
when we both knew
it was a waste of time.
Always had been in charge of my life,
then life took a dive
and so did mine.

Tired of being told I was wrong,
even though I knew
that they were right.
Always had been playing to win,
then the game got too hard
and I gave up the fight.

Now I'm as bad as what they say,
and I know in my heart
that it's gonna stay this way.
Always have been all for myself,
but my self-esteem crumbled
when daddy ran away.
