H) My love lies

My love lies in the wood,
The forest,
And the deep earth.
My love lies with the bird calls,
The animals,
The ponds.
The wildness,
The freedom,
My heart lies there if I be honest.
I live to walk on the overgrown ground,
I live to sit in the trees,
I live to listen to the songs of the cuckoo,
The bluetit and the sparrow.
I love to watch the foxes,
The badgers,
The squirells and see
the wonders of the world.
But what I see,
and what I care for,
is slowly being destroyed.
With pollution,
Tree loss,
And illegal hunters.
How I wish mens greed would stop,
How I wish they would realise,
That we need to save,
The forest,
The marsh,
And the last greenland glade.
PLEASE TRY TO STOP POLUTION BY RECYCLING AND WALKING MORE THAN THROWING
AWAY OR GOING BY CAR. THE FOREST AND THE ANIMALS NEED YOUR HELP!!
