Colour
She was darker than the night
And just as mysterious
Her skin was like brown velvet
And her eyes were limpid pools of sheer bliss
We were like chalk and cheese
Winter and Summer but
Oh how I loved her
She made me remember that
We were all just different shades of people
I had found my ebony Venus
And she melted in my arms
What would life be without
COLOUR?
