Loosing shape

When you see my bum,
Do you think it flabby and fat?
Or, do you think to yourself,
I'll have some of that?

With my stomach hanging out,
But my breasts no bigger,
Is it a case of English pear,
Or 'wow' what a figure?

Do you see me as your lover,
Your friend, your wife?
Or is it simply a case of
"I'm sentenced for life."
