To Muse or not to Muse

To muse or not to muse?
One could ponder this to extent
Days absorbed in subconscious mind
May answer what life is meant
To consider every aspect
From the inside to the out
Examine, define, understand
To know what it's all about
But what about the conscious?
What may pass us by?
There is much to see, beauty to behold
With the opening on an eye
In perspective the world is huge
We're all actors in a play
We must not take for granted
Life is sacred every day
The answer lies within the self
The moral for one to choose
Embrace the life with which we're blessed
But allow some time to muse
