Birds of prey
Eagles flying.
A pair.
Gliding in the dark,
They make no judgements.
They see no need,
To think without a knowledge.
They fly,
Their free.
We walk, were trapped.
In our own little world,
Our own ideas hold us here.
Clinging to the world we hate.
Yet still they have a disarming stare,
They can see you from miles,
Could judge you from the sky.
Like gods they can view you.
But still they pay no heed,
What they can do,
We see it and we are jealous.
But still the birds think no more,
They soar in the sky,
Unheeding of our world.
Alone and safe in theirs.
