There's More That Meets The Eye

Raising
A clear wine glass
Up to the sunlight
I saw a thin,
Rainbow membrane,

It drew my eyes
To a swirling waltz of wonder.

I saw
A myriad hues
Scintillate in the evening sun.

I was left feeling
Amazed at this simple
Yet profound performance.
