First Time at Beavers

The first time I took on the Beavers, I wondered “What have I done?”

But I was stuck at the hut with them looking at me, and the session had already begun,

I got them into a circle, and asked them “What do you do?”,

 but the conversation strayed onto dinosaurs and the size and shape of their poo.

I tried to bring them to order, and decided a game would work best,

They ended up running and screaming and my head fell into my chest.

I calmed them all down with a biscuit and gave them something to drink, 

and then I had to sit on a bench for a think.

Then time was up with the Beavers, and I wondered what I had done,

I turned and looked at the Beavers and knew that we had had fun.
