Two surgeons, sitting cross legged, naked, facing each other,
performing
internal surgery on each other, without anaesthetic.

Slit.. goes my scalpel. Here look at this as I pull out an organ from
inside you. Still connected.
Did you know you have this in you. Look at the colour. It looks sore.

squeeze. There, does it hurt? (You wince, yet smile). Oh. How much
